Broadford petrol station will close for nine days during the final stage of Co-op improvements.
The petrol station will close from 18 March and reopen on 27 March.
The convenience store will remain open throughout this period.
The retailer's £3.5 million investment in to the site has included the installation of two new fuel tanks, a new canopy, and the complete refurbishment of the store.
Steven Varty, construction manager for the Co-op, said: "We would like to apologise for the inconvenience the temporary closure will cause, but we believe that residents and shoppers will really appreciate the new petrol station when it opens.
"The work represents a huge investment from the Co-op in to the Isle of Skye, and highlights our commitment to continue serving and supporting the local community."
